Returns & Exchanges

Statutory rights apply. Online orders are covered by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How returns work:
  1. Initiate your return via your customer account at https://account.belantti.co.uk.
  2. Return eligible items unused and in original packaging within the return window.
  3. Refunds are issued once items are received and checked.

1. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off)

UK consumers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days from the day after delivery. Returns should be initiated via your customer account. This right is in addition to any other rights below.

2. Return eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be started within 14 days of delivery.

3. Hygiene & safety exclusions

  • Opened or unsealed cosmetics and skincare.
  • Used grooming tools or accessories.
  • Items that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, start a return via your account and include the order number and photos. We will resolve in line with your statutory rights.

5. Return postage costs

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If a return label is provided by Belantti or a partner, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund where permitted.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • We aim to process refunds within 5–10 working days after receipt and inspection.
  • Delivery costs are only refunded where legally required.

7. Partner & Collective orders

Some products are supplied by third-party brands (e.g., via Shopify Collective). For these orders, returns must be initiated via your customer account and may follow partner return instructions or labels. Refunds are issued once partner confirms receipt and inspection.
