1. Overview
We want you to love every Belantti purchase. This policy applies to all orders placed via belantti.co.uk — including products sold under our own brands (Belantti, SERRATED, NOVAÉ) and carefully selected partner or third-party brands available through our platform.
We follow all obligations under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where we act as the authorised retailer or marketplace facilitator, we’ll ensure you receive the correct refund or replacement in line with these Terms.
2. Standard Returns Window
Customers may cancel an order within 14 days of delivery under UK law. As a goodwill gesture, we extend this to a 30-Day Returns period for eligible items purchased through Belantti.co.uk.
3. Eligibility Criteria
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, grooming, or beauty tools cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required.
- Some partner-brand items may have bespoke return instructions. These will be stated on the product page or in your order confirmation email.
4. How to Return an Item
- Contact support@belantti.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm whether the product is fulfilled by Belantti or a partner supplier.
- We’ll provide the correct return address and any supplier-specific instructions.
- Pack your items securely and send via a tracked delivery service. Retain proof of postage.
5. Partner & Third-Party Brand Returns
Some products sold on Belantti.co.uk are fulfilled directly by independent partner brands. While Belantti Group Ltd oversees customer service, these partners may handle returns logistics directly. We’ll coordinate on your behalf to ensure timely processing and refund once the partner confirms receipt and inspection.
Refunds for partner-fulfilled items will be processed to your original payment method via Shopify Payments, Klarna, Clearpay, or PayPal once confirmation is received from the supplier.
6. Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 working days after item inspection.
- Refunds are always processed back to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except where products are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- For Klarna or Clearpay transactions, adjustments are reflected in your instalment plan once we authorise the refund.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer like-for-like exchanges for the same product or variant where stock allows. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund depending on stock availability. Where applicable, photos may be requested to help us investigate with the supplier.
9. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened cosmetics, skincare or grooming products (unless faulty).
- Personalised or made-to-order items.
- Digital gift cards or downloadable products.
