Statutory rights apply. Online orders are generally covered by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For hygiene and safety, some opened items are not returnable unless faulty.

How returns work:
  1. Contact us within the applicable return period.
  2. Return eligible items unused and in original packaging.
  3. Refunds are issued once items are received and checked.

1. Cancellation (14-day cooling-off)

UK consumers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days from the day after delivery. To cancel, email support@belantti.co.uk.

2. Return eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns should be requested promptly after delivery.

3. Hygiene & safety exclusions

  • Opened or unsealed cosmetics and skincare
  • Used grooming tools or accessories
  • Sealed products once unsealed

4. Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We will resolve this in line with your statutory rights.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processed after inspection within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Delivery costs refunded only where legally required.

6. Return postage

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
