What is Belantti Premier Delivery?
Belantti Premier Delivery is a one-off 12-month delivery membership costing £9.99. Members receive free UK Tracked 48 delivery on qualifying UK orders over £10 placed directly through www.belantti.co.uk, where the Premier option is available at checkout.
The membership does not renew automatically. Normal processing times, product eligibility, delivery restrictions and fulfilment availability still apply.

Add the Premier Delivery membership product to your basket and complete checkout.
Activation
Your membership is normally activated within 24 hours after the order and payment have been approved.
Use the same email
Use the same customer email address on future orders so the membership can be recognised.

Where the order qualifies, the available Premier delivery option is shown during checkout.

- Premier does not guarantee same-day dispatch and does not remove normal order-processing times.
- Tracked 48 is the service name, not a guarantee that every parcel will arrive within exactly 48 hours.
- Some products, fulfilment routes, partner-fulfilled items or delivery locations may not qualify.
- Premier applies only to qualifying orders placed directly through www.belantti.co.uk and does not apply to third-party marketplace orders.
Cancellation and refunds
Your cancellation rights
UK consumers purchasing Premier Delivery online may have a statutory right to cancel the membership within 14 days of entering into the contract.
Activation or use of the membership does not automatically remove an applicable statutory cancellation right. Where you expressly requested the service to begin during the cancellation period and delivery benefits were supplied before cancellation, Belantti may deduct a reasonable proportionate amount for the service already supplied where the law permits this.
After the applicable statutory cancellation period has ended, Premier Delivery is normally non-refundable unless Belantti agrees otherwise or a refund is required by law.
