What is Belantti Premier Delivery?
Belantti Premier Delivery is a one-off 12-month delivery membership costing £9.99. Members receive free UK Tracked 48 delivery on qualifying UK orders over £10 placed directly through www.belantti.co.uk.
The membership does not renew automatically. Normal processing times, product eligibility, delivery restrictions and checkout availability still apply.

Add the Belantti Premier Delivery membership product to your basket and complete checkout.
Membership activation
Your membership is normally activated within 24 hours after the order and payment have been approved.
Use the same email address
Use the same email address on future orders so that your Premier Delivery benefit can be recognised.
Select the eligible service
Where the order qualifies, the available Premier delivery option will be shown during checkout.
Important information

- Premier Delivery costs £9.99 and lasts for 12 months from activation.
- It applies to qualifying UK orders over £10 where the Premier delivery option is available at checkout.
- Premier Delivery is a digital membership service. No physical membership product is shipped.
- The membership does not automatically renew and does not create a recurring payment.
- Use the same customer email address used to purchase the membership when placing future orders.
- Premier Delivery does not guarantee same-day dispatch or remove normal order-processing times.
- Tracked 48 is the name of the delivery service. It is not a guarantee that every order will arrive within exactly 48 hours.
- Delivery timeframes may be affected by weekends, public holidays, busy periods, carrier disruption, weather or circumstances outside Belantti’s reasonable control.
- Some products, partner-fulfilled products, oversized items, restricted products or restricted delivery locations may not qualify.
- The membership applies only to orders placed directly through www.belantti.co.uk. It cannot be used on eBay, TikTok Shop or another third-party marketplace.
- Products dispatched by approved brands or fulfilment partners may have different delivery options because their available carriers and fulfilment routes may vary.
Cancellation and refunds
Your Premier Delivery cancellation rights
UK consumers purchasing Premier Delivery online may have a statutory right to cancel the membership within 14 days of entering into the contract.
Activation or use of the membership does not automatically remove an applicable statutory cancellation right.
Where you expressly requested the membership service to begin during the cancellation period and delivery benefits were supplied before cancellation, Belantti may deduct a reasonable proportionate amount for the service already supplied where the law permits this.
A proportionate deduction will not be applied merely because the membership was marked as active. It will depend on the circumstances, the benefit actually supplied and the applicable legal requirements.
After the applicable statutory cancellation period has ended, Premier Delivery is normally non-refundable unless Belantti agrees otherwise or a refund is required by law.
To request cancellation, email returns@belantti.co.uk with your Premier Delivery order number and the email address used for purchase.
