In summary:
- For most online orders, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- After telling us you want to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
- Items must usually be unused, unopened and in their original condition unless faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
- Opened or used beauty, skincare, cosmetics, grooming, haircare, fragrance, personal care products and tools may not be returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
- Change-of-mind return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility.
- For United States and international returns, return postage costs are normally the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.
- Import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees paid by the customer are not refunded by Belantti unless required by law.
- Digital gift cards are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by law.
