Where tracking is available, a tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Selected Belantti products may be available for delivery to the United States where the product, market, fulfilment route and checkout settings allow it.

Not every product on Belantti is available for US delivery.

US Standard Delivery is estimated at 7–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, courier processing, local delivery conditions and public holidays.

Orders shipped to the United States or any other international destination may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees.

These charges are not included unless shown at checkout and remain the customer’s responsibility.

Belantti Premier Delivery is a 12-month delivery membership offering free UK Tracked 48 delivery on qualifying UK orders over £10.

Belantti Premier Delivery costs £9.99 per year.

Belantti Premier Delivery is non-refundable once it has been used. If it has not been used, any refund request will be reviewed in line with the Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable consumer rights.

No. Premier Delivery gives eligible members free UK Tracked 48 delivery on qualifying UK orders over £10. It does not remove normal processing times or guarantee same-day dispatch.

To request a return, use your Belantti customer account where available or contact support@belantti.co.uk with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for return.

Please do not send items back before your return request has been reviewed.

For most online orders, UK consumers can cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. After telling us you want to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, cosmetics, grooming, haircare, fragrance, personal care products or tools usually cannot be returned unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

For change-of-mind returns, return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility unless Belantti confirms otherwise in writing.

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Belantti will cover reasonable return postage costs or provide return instructions where applicable.

If approved, refunds are normally processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

Where cancellation rights apply, refunds will normally be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

Belantti does not offer direct exchanges as standard. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact Belantti as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the product, packaging and delivery box where relevant.

Orders may be changed or cancelled before dispatch where possible. Contact support as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, Belantti may be unable to change the delivery address, redirect the parcel or cancel the shipment.

Clearpay is available at checkout on eligible Belantti orders, subject to Clearpay approval and terms.

Eligible returns are handled through Belantti’s Returns & Exchanges Policy. If a refund is approved, any payment adjustment is normally processed through Clearpay.

If your order was paid using Clearpay, PayPal or another third-party payment provider, any approved refund will normally be processed back through the original payment method. Payment providers may take additional time to update balances, instalments or refund status.

Belantti gift cards are digital and are delivered by email. They do not require physical shipping.

Belantti gift cards can be redeemed against eligible products available in the customer’s region. US customers can currently redeem gift cards on selected Belantti products available for US delivery.

No. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
