These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.belantti.co.uk, including our website, online store, customer accounts, products, content and services operated under the trading name Belantti.
They apply to orders placed directly through the Belantti website. Purchases made through eBay, TikTok Shop or another marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace’s terms and procedures.
Please read these Terms before placing an order. Nothing in these Terms removes or restricts any statutory consumer rights available to you.

2. Who may use the website and place orders
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to place an order.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian should place the order or supervise and authorise your use of the website.
Where a product is legally age-restricted, you must meet the applicable minimum age. We may request age verification or refuse an order where the necessary verification cannot be completed.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when placing an order, registering an account or contacting us.
3. Acceptable use of our website
You must use our website lawfully and must not:
- interfere with the website’s operation, security or availability;
- attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or harmful technology;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract content without permission;
- use false identities, payment details or delivery information;
- misuse promotions, rewards, gift cards, referrals or customer accounts;
- use the website for fraud, unlawful activity or abuse.
We may restrict or suspend access where we reasonably believe an account or service is being misused. This does not affect rights relating to orders already accepted or statutory consumer rights.
4. Customer accounts
You may be able to create or access a Belantti customer account to view orders, manage eligible returns, access rewards or store credit, save information and use other account features.
You are responsible for keeping account access details secure and for activity carried out through your account where that activity was authorised by you.
Contact support@belantti.co.uk promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, misuse or a material breach of these Terms. We will not use account closure to remove statutory rights or avoid fulfilling legal obligations.
5. Product information
Belantti is a multi-brand beauty and grooming retailer. We sell products under our own brands and products supplied by third-party brands, manufacturers, distributors and approved partner suppliers.
We take reasonable care to present accurate product descriptions, ingredients, sizes, shades, images, warnings, prices and availability information.
Product information may sometimes change because of:
- brand or manufacturer packaging updates;
- ingredient or formulation updates;
- batch or production variations;
- supplier information changes;
- device and screen colour differences;
- temporary use of older or newer packaging imagery.
Where packaging may vary, the product supplied should remain the product ordered. A material difference, incorrect product or misdescription will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.
Always read the physical product label, ingredients, directions, warnings and packaging before use, as this contains the most current product-specific information.
If the information on the delivered product materially conflicts with the website listing, contact us before use.
6. Third-party brands and retailer responsibility
Third-party brands and manufacturers may provide product descriptions, ingredients, instructions, warnings, claims, images and safety information to Belantti.
We present this information in good faith and take reasonable steps to maintain accurate listings. However, the brand or manufacturer may update information without immediately providing updated imagery or listing content.
Where an order is placed directly through www.belantti.co.uk, Belantti remains the customer-facing retailer and your main contact for:
- orders and payments;
- delivery enquiries;
- returns and cancellations;
- faulty, damaged or incorrect products;
- product safety concerns;
- complaints and statutory consumer remedies.
We will not require you to pursue a manufacturer or supplier instead of Belantti where Belantti is legally responsible as the retailer.
Any manufacturer’s warranty or brand guarantee is additional to, and does not replace, your statutory rights against Belantti.
7. Product use, ingredients and safety
Beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, grooming, haircare, supplements and personal-care products may not be suitable for every person.
You should:
- read the label and instructions before use;
- check ingredients where you have known allergies or sensitivities;
- carry out a patch test where appropriate and instructed;
- follow usage limits, warnings and storage directions;
- keep products away from children where stated;
- stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if an adverse reaction occurs.
Product descriptions, routine guidance, blog articles, reviews, social-media content and customer-service information are provided for general informational purposes. They are not medical advice and should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent a disease unless they are lawfully authorised and expressly described for that purpose.
For a product safety concern, contact support@belantti.co.uk with your order number, product name, batch information where available and details of the concern.
We may suspend a listing, contact affected customers, request further information or assist with a product withdrawal or recall where reasonably necessary.
8. Product availability and regional restrictions
Product availability may vary according to stock, country, region, fulfilment route, supplier restrictions, carrier restrictions, legal requirements and product category.
Belantti primarily serves the United Kingdom. Selected products may also be available for delivery to the United States where shown at checkout.
Not every third-party product, partner-fulfilled product or product category can be delivered outside the United Kingdom.
Adding an item to your basket does not reserve stock. Stock is not guaranteed until the order has been accepted.
9. Orders and contract formation
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.
An automated order-confirmation email confirms that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, a contract is formed when we:
- dispatch the product;
- send a dispatch confirmation; or
- otherwise clearly confirm that the order has been accepted.
Where an order contains several products, each product may form a separate contract when that product is accepted or dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- information required to fulfil the order is incomplete or incorrect;
- delivery or regional restrictions apply;
- we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or unauthorised activity;
- the order breaches a quantity, promotion or customer restriction clearly disclosed before purchase;
- there is an obvious pricing or listing error;
- we cannot lawfully or safely supply the product;
- an approved supplier or fulfilment partner cannot supply the product.
If payment has been taken for an order that we do not accept or must cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
10. Pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in GBP (£), USD ($) or another currency supported by the relevant Shopify market and checkout configuration.
The product price, delivery charge, discounts, taxes collected at checkout and final order total will be shown before payment is completed.
Currency conversion and exchange rates may be provided by Shopify, payment providers or other service providers and may change.
Payments are processed through Shopify and approved payment providers. Belantti does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment-card number.
Where Clearpay, PayPal, Klarna or another third-party payment service is available, that provider’s eligibility checks, payment terms and privacy information will also apply.
Prices and promotions may change at any time before an order is accepted. A change will not normally affect an order already accepted.
Where an obvious and unmistakeable pricing error has occurred and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we may contact you to offer the correct price or cancel and refund the affected product, subject to applicable law.
11. Discounts, promotions, rewards and gift cards
Discounts, promotional codes, rewards, gift cards, store credit, free gifts and referral offers may be subject to additional conditions displayed when the offer is issued.
- Codes may have expiry dates, minimum spends, product exclusions or customer limits.
- Only one discount may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
- Discounts cannot normally be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
- Promotions may be withdrawn or amended before an order is accepted.
- Misused, duplicated, transferred or unlawfully obtained codes may be cancelled.
- Gift cards and store credit cannot normally be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card unless stated otherwise.
- Refunds will reflect the amount actually paid after discounts.
Where a gift-card code is lost, stolen or accessed without permission, contact us promptly. Replacement is not guaranteed, particularly where the balance has already been redeemed, but we will investigate where adequate proof of purchase is available.
Rewards are also subject to the conditions published on the Belantti Rewards page and any separate programme terms.
12. Delivery
Delivery options, charges, restrictions and estimated timeframes are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Orders may be delivered in separate parcels where:
- products are stored at different locations;
- a product is partner fulfilled;
- separate dispatch would reduce delay;
- carrier or parcel restrictions apply.
Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Risk in a product passes to you when the product comes into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to receive it, subject to any exception required by law.
Ownership of products passes when full payment has been received and the product has been delivered.
13. Address accuracy and delivery problems
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate and deliverable address.
Contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment or dispatch has started.
If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, non-collection or unpaid import charge, additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.
This does not remove any statutory cancellation right or right relating to a faulty, incorrect or misdescribed item.
Report a delayed, missing or damaged parcel as soon as reasonably possible so that we can investigate with the carrier or fulfilment partner.
14. United States and international orders
Selected products may be available for delivery to the United States or another destination where checkout permits the order.
International orders may be subject to:
- import duties;
- local taxes;
- customs charges;
- carrier handling fees;
- customs inspections or delivery delays.
Unless collected and clearly shown at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for customs or carrier charges imposed independently by authorities or delivery providers. This does not exclude responsibility for matters that are legally Belantti’s responsibility.
Mandatory consumer protections in the country where you live may also apply. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Cancellation, returns and refunds
For most eligible online orders, UK consumers can notify us that they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. After notifying us, they normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Full conditions, exclusions, refund timeframes and the model cancellation form are provided in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
For change-of-mind cancellations, the cancellation right may not apply where goods were:
- supplied sealed;
- unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons; and
- unsealed after delivery.
A beauty, skincare, cosmetic, haircare or grooming product is not automatically excluded merely because it belongs to that product category.
Hygiene exclusions do not remove rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect, unsafe or not as described.

16. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products
Products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described, subject to applicable consumer law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact returns@belantti.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue.
Your statutory remedies may include:
- a short-term right to reject;
- repair or replacement;
- a price reduction;
- a final right to reject and receive a refund;
- another remedy required by law.
The remedy available will depend on the circumstances, when the issue is reported and the applicable law.
Manufacturer warranties or guarantees do not replace your statutory rights against Belantti as retailer.
17. Belantti Premier Delivery
Belantti Premier Delivery is a one-off 12-month delivery membership costing £9.99.
It currently provides free UK Tracked 48 delivery on qualifying UK orders over £10, subject to the eligibility conditions stated on the Premier Delivery page.
Premier Delivery:
- does not automatically renew;
- is normally activated within 24 hours;
- requires the same customer email address to be used;
- does not guarantee same-day dispatch or delivery within exactly 48 hours;
- may not apply to restricted, oversized, international or certain partner-fulfilled products.
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, it is not removed merely because a membership has been activated.
If you expressly request the service to start during the cancellation period and receive delivery benefits before cancelling, Belantti may deduct a reasonable proportionate amount for the service already supplied where permitted by law.
After the applicable statutory cancellation period has ended, the membership is normally non-refundable unless Belantti agrees otherwise or a refund is required by law.
18. Partner-fulfilled orders
Some products may be supplied or dispatched by approved third-party brands, distributors or fulfilment partners, including through Shopify Collective or similar arrangements.
The partner may:
- hold and dispatch the stock;
- select the carrier;
- provide tracking information;
- receive an authorised return;
- assist Belantti with a product or fulfilment investigation.
Necessary order information may be shared with the partner so that the order can be fulfilled, delivered or returned, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Where you purchase directly from Belantti:
- Belantti remains your customer-facing retailer;
- payment is made to or through Belantti’s checkout;
- customer support should be requested through Belantti;
- statutory rights are not reduced by partner fulfilment;
- you should not return goods directly to a supplier unless Belantti provides that instruction.
A supplier’s operational process will not be used to avoid or improperly delay a statutory remedy owed by Belantti.
19. Marketplace purchases
Orders placed through eBay, TikTok Shop or another authorised marketplace are normally governed by:
- the marketplace’s customer terms;
- the order information shown on that marketplace;
- the marketplace’s payment, delivery, return and buyer-protection procedures;
- applicable consumer law.
Marketplace order, delivery and return requests should normally be started through the platform where the purchase was made.
These website Terms do not override mandatory marketplace buyer protections or statutory rights.
20. Reviews and user-generated content
If you submit a review, rating, image, video, comment or other content, you confirm that:
- the content reflects your honest experience;
- it is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you own it or have permission to submit it;
- it does not infringe another person’s rights;
- it is not unlawful, threatening, defamatory, abusive or misleading;
- any incentive or commercial relationship has been appropriately disclosed.
You grant Belantti a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, edit for formatting, display and share the submitted content for website, customer-service, marketing, advertising and social-media purposes.
This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to Belantti.
We may reject, moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary for legal, safety, authenticity, relevance or platform-policy reasons.
21. Intellectual property and brand ownership
The Belantti website, layout, original copy, graphics, code, photography, designs, branding and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Belantti unless stated otherwise.
Third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, product images and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
Use of a third-party brand name on the website is for the purpose of identifying and selling the relevant product and does not transfer ownership of that brand’s intellectual property to Belantti.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, scrape or republish protected website content without permission or another lawful basis.
22. Resale and commercial purchasing
Products are offered primarily for personal consumer use.
We may refuse or limit orders that reasonably appear to be for unauthorised commercial resale, bulk redistribution, marketplace relisting or misuse of consumer promotions.
This will not affect an order already accepted except where cancellation is permitted by law or these Terms.
Businesses wishing to discuss authorised purchasing should contact Belantti before ordering.
23. Third-party services and links
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment providers, delivery carriers, customer-account services, social-media platforms and finance providers.
Those services may have their own terms and privacy information.
Belantti is not responsible for the independent content or operation of a third-party website that we do not control. This does not remove responsibility for a third party acting on Belantti’s behalf where the law makes Belantti responsible.
24. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded;
- breach of statutory consumer rights;
- any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
If you are a consumer, Belantti is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
Loss or damage is foreseeable where it was an obvious consequence or where both you and Belantti knew it might occur when the contract was formed.
Belantti is not responsible for loss that:
- was not foreseeable;
- was caused by inaccurate information supplied by you;
- resulted from use contrary to clear product instructions or warnings, except where the product itself was defective or the law provides otherwise;
- resulted from unauthorised alteration or misuse of a product;
- arose from a third-party website or service outside our reasonable control.
Products supplied through the consumer store are intended for domestic and private use. To the extent permitted by law, Belantti is not responsible for business losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of commercial opportunity arising from consumer purchases.
Nothing in this section affects your right to a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or other statutory remedy.
25. Events outside our reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as:
- severe weather or natural events;
- carrier, postal or customs disruption;
- strikes or industrial action;
- supplier or transport disruption;
- public-health emergencies;
- government restrictions;
- power, internet, payment-system or platform outages;
- security incidents not caused by our failure to take reasonable care.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the disruption and resume fulfilment where possible.
Where a delay becomes substantial, you may have legal rights to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
26. Privacy and cookies
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information about cookies and similar technologies is available in our Cookie Policy.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services, website functionality, products, fulfilment arrangements or business operations.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
The Terms in force when an order was accepted will normally apply to that order. We will not retrospectively change an accepted contract to a customer’s disadvantage unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
28. Severability and enforcement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
If Belantti does not immediately enforce a provision, this does not mean that we have permanently waived the right to enforce it.
No person other than you and Belantti has the right to enforce these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
29. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and contracts made through the website are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living in England or Wales, legal proceedings may be brought in the courts of England and Wales.
If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you live outside the United Kingdom, any mandatory consumer rights and jurisdiction rules applicable in your country may also apply.
Before beginning formal proceedings, please contact us so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.
