Belantti Premier Delivery – 12-Month UK Delivery Membership

Belantti Premier Delivery is a one-off 12-month delivery membership for customers who shop regularly at www.belantti.co.uk.

Members receive UK Tracked 48 delivery at no additional delivery charge on qualifying UK orders over £10, where the Premier delivery option is available at checkout.

The membership does not renew automatically and there are no recurring subscription payments.

How Premier Delivery works

1. Purchase the Premier Delivery membership through www.belantti.co.uk.
2. Your membership is normally activated within 24 hours after the order and payment have been approved.
3. Use the same email address when placing future orders.
4. Add more than £10 of qualifying products to your basket.
5. Where the order is eligible, the Premier Delivery option will be shown during checkout.

Potential delivery savings

Standard UK Delivery currently costs £3.95 where a free-delivery offer does not apply.

In this example, the membership costs less than three separate £3.95 delivery charges.

This comparison does not guarantee that every customer will save money. Qualifying orders over £25 may already receive free standard UK delivery, and product or fulfilment exclusions may apply.

Who may benefit from Premier Delivery?

Premier Delivery may suit customers who regularly place eligible Belantti orders between £10.01 and £24.99, or who otherwise frequently pay a UK delivery charge.

• Customers placing smaller qualifying orders throughout the year
• Gift buyers ordering on several separate occasions

Important eligibility information

• Premier Delivery applies only to qualifying UK orders placed directly through www.belantti.co.uk.
• The qualifying basket value must be more than £10 after discounts and before any delivery charge.
• Use the same email address used to purchase the membership when placing future orders.
• The Premier delivery option must be available and selected during checkout.
• The membership cannot be used on eBay, TikTok Shop or another third-party marketplace.
• It cannot be transferred, shared or resold.

Product and delivery exclusions

Some orders may not qualify for Premier Delivery. Exclusions may include:

• Products dispatched by suppliers or fulfilment partners that do not support the Premier delivery service
• Oversized, heavy, hazardous or restricted products
• Restricted delivery addresses or locations
• Orders requiring a different carrier or delivery service
• Digital-only orders that do not require physical delivery
• Any order where Premier Delivery is not shown as available at checkout

The delivery options displayed during checkout provide the final confirmation of eligibility for each order.

Processing and delivery times

Premier Delivery does not guarantee same-day dispatch. Normal order processing times continue to apply.

Tracked 48 is the name of the Royal Mail delivery service and does not guarantee delivery within exactly 48 hours. Delivery may take longer during weekends, public holidays, busy periods, carrier disruption, adverse weather or circumstances outside Belantti’s reasonable control.

Where tracking is available, it will normally be included in the dispatch confirmation email.

Digital membership

Belantti Premier Delivery is a digital membership service. No physical membership product will be posted.

The membership is normally activated within 24 hours after the order and payment have been approved. The 12-month membership period begins from activation.

Cancellation and refunds

UK consumers purchasing Premier Delivery online may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of entering into the membership contract.

Activation or use of the membership does not automatically remove an applicable statutory cancellation right.

Where you expressly requested the membership service to begin during the cancellation period and delivery benefits were supplied before cancellation, Belantti may make a reasonable proportionate deduction for the service already supplied where permitted by law.

After the applicable cancellation period has ended, the membership is normally non-refundable unless Belantti agrees otherwise or a refund is required by law.
