Belantti delivers orders across the UK. Standard UK Delivery costs £3.95, and free UK delivery is available on qualifying UK orders over £25. Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment has been received.
Delivery options, costs and availability are shown at checkout before payment. Final availability may depend on the order value, delivery address, product type, fulfilment route and checkout settings.
Selected products may also be available for delivery to the United States where shown at checkout.

Standard UK Delivery – £3.95
Standard UK Delivery costs £3.95 and usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 working days after payment has been received. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch, not from the moment the order is placed.
Free UK Delivery on qualifying orders over £25
Free UK standard delivery is available on qualifying UK orders over £25.
The final delivery options and costs are shown at checkout. Exclusions may apply depending on the product, address, fulfilment route or checkout settings.
UK Express Delivery
UK Express Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 working days after dispatch where available at checkout.
Availability may depend on the delivery address, product type, order time, carrier and fulfilment route.
Premier Delivery – £9.99 per year
Belantti Premier Delivery is a 12-month delivery membership for customers who shop more regularly.
- Membership price: £9.99 for 12 months
- Free UK Tracked 48 delivery on qualifying UK orders over £10
- Normal processing times and product restrictions still apply
Where a statutory cancellation right applies, it is not removed merely because the membership has been activated or used.
If you requested the service to begin during an applicable cancellation period and received delivery benefits before cancelling, Belantti may deduct a reasonable proportionate amount for the service already supplied where permitted by law.
After the applicable statutory cancellation period has ended, Premier Delivery is normally non-refundable unless Belantti agrees otherwise or a refund is required by law.
Digital gift cards
Belantti digital gift cards are delivered by email and do not require physical shipping.
If an order contains only a digital gift card, no physical delivery method should be required. Shipping may still apply to physical products purchased in the same order.
Tracking and dispatch updates
Where tracking is available, a tracking link is included in the dispatch confirmation email.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
Some orders may arrive in separate parcels if products are dispatched from different fulfilment locations.
Partner-fulfilled orders
Some third-party-brand products may be held or dispatched by approved suppliers or fulfilment partners, including through Shopify Collective or similar arrangements.
Dispatch locations, delivery services and tracking updates may vary. Where the order was placed directly through www.belantti.co.uk, Belantti remains your main contact for order and delivery support.
Marketplace orders
If you purchased through eBay, TikTok Shop or another authorised marketplace, that platform’s delivery, tracking, returns and buyer-protection procedures may also apply.
Check the platform where the order was placed for marketplace-specific delivery updates.
Address changes
Email orders@belantti.co.uk as soon as possible if you need to correct a delivery address.
We can only change an address before the order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, we may be unable to redirect or recall the parcel.
Delayed or missing deliveries
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, address errors, high-volume periods, stock checks, security verification, customs processing or circumstances outside Belantti’s control.

Belantti may need to open an investigation with the carrier before confirming a replacement, refund or other appropriate resolution.
