This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how Belantti Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles order fulfilment, dispatch, and delivery for all products sold through belantti.co.uk — including our brands Belantti, SERRATED, NOVAÉ and authorised partner brands.
1. Processing Times
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During peak periods, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.
- Pre-order or back-order items will display estimated dispatch times on their product page.
2. Delivery Options (UK Mainland)

Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days after dispatch.

Tracked 24 / Express: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Free Delivery: available on qualifying orders over the minimum spend shown at checkout.
We use trusted carriers including Royal Mail, Evri and DPD. Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.
3. International Shipping
- We currently ship to selected international destinations. Availability and costs are shown at checkout.
- Delivery times vary by location — typically 5–15 business days after dispatch.
- Customs fees, duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Split Deliveries
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels if they are fulfilled from different warehouses or partner brands. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
5. Delivery Issues
- If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly before reaching out to us.
- We are not liable for delays caused by postal strikes, weather events, or customs clearance.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot reroute parcels once dispatched.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Parcels
- Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
- If you still wish to receive the order, a new shipping charge will apply before re-dispatch.
7. Click & Collect (if available)
Where offered, customers may choose in-store or local pickup at checkout. Collection details and ID requirements will be included in your confirmation email.
8. Pre-Orders & Partner Fulfilment
Some products — especially partner or third-party brands — may have extended lead times or ship directly from the manufacturer’s UK warehouse. Estimated dispatch windows are provided on each listing. We monitor these shipments to ensure timely delivery.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- Contact support@belantti.co.uk within 7 days of expected delivery for investigation.
- Please include your order number and any relevant tracking information.
- If confirmed lost or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
10. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and link to follow your parcel’s journey in real time. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch.
11. Delivery Confirmation & Risk
All orders require delivery confirmation via the courier’s system. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you once the order is marked as delivered to the address provided.
