Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders before 2pm (Mon–Fri) usually dispatch same day.
  • Orders after 2pm dispatch next working day.
  • Peak periods may extend dispatch to 2–3 working days.

Delivery Risk & Issues

  • Risk transfers once marked delivered by the carrier.
  • Delays caused by couriers, weather or strikes are outside our control.
  • Ensure address accuracy — parcels cannot be rerouted post-dispatch.
