These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website(s), mobile interfaces, third-party shops and marketplaces, and the purchase of any products sold by Belantti Group Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), including our brands Belantti and SERRATED (collectively “Services”). By using our Services or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Accounts for customers aged 13–17 require guardian consent and are subject to UK consumer protections.
2. How contracts are formed
Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms only when we send an order confirmation by email or mobile notification. We may cancel or refuse orders where pricing, availability, verification, or fraud concerns arise. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.
3. Product information & accuracy
We aim for accurate product information, ingredients, imagery, and descriptions. Minor variations may occur due to packaging updates, batch differences, or device display settings. Where cosmetics are sold under our own compliance responsibility, they are assessed in line with UK cosmetic safety requirements (including CPSR) and notified where required. For third-party items, product claims and statements are provided by the manufacturer; you should always read the label and instructions before use.
4. Use of products (disclaimer)
Products are for cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- Always read the label and follow directions for use.
- Patch test where appropriate and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
- Check ingredient and allergen information before purchase and use.
- Individual results vary and we do not guarantee outcomes.
5. Orders, pricing & payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payments are processed via secure payment providers (for example Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Clearpay) and you authorise us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors before accepting your order.
6. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery to your nominated address. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Title to goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.
7. Cancellation, returns & refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you generally have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel most orders bought online.

To cancel: notify us within the cancellation period and return the items in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Condition: returns must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Hygiene & safety: opened cosmetics, grooming items and sealed products that have been unsealed are not returnable unless faulty.

Refunds: processed to the original payment method once received and inspected, within a reasonable time.

Return postage: you are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

8. Mobile & third-party shopping (mobile terms)
These Terms apply whether you shop via desktop, mobile devices, social commerce platforms, or third-party marketplaces (for example TikTok Shop, Instagram, or eBay). By providing a phone number at checkout, you consent to receiving order confirmations and service notifications related to your purchases. Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your provider.
Promotional codes are subject to stated terms, may be time-limited, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- Gift cards are redeemable online only, non-refundable, and not exchangeable for cash except where required by law.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift card codes.
- Store credits (if issued) are non-transferable and may expire where permitted by law (expiry will be stated at issue).
10. User content
If you submit reviews, feedback, images, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display such content for marketing and operational purposes (including on our website and social channels), subject to applicable law.
11. Intellectual property
All site content, trademarks, branding, designs, and materials are owned by or licensed to Belantti Group Ltd and are protected under UK and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
12. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Subject to the above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s) giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses (including loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity) except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including (without limitation) strikes, pandemics, supply disruptions, extreme weather, or carrier interruptions.
14. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or any order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or commercial changes. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply to orders placed after the effective date shown above.
