Belantti Group – Terms & Conditions (v2.1)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website, online store, and services operated by Belantti Group — including our brands Belantti, SERRATED, and NOVAÉ, as well as authorised third-party partner brands (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be 18 years or older to place an order. Customers aged 13–17 may use the site with guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.

3. Products & Information

  • We strive for accuracy in all descriptions, pricing, and imagery. Minor variations may occur.
  • All cosmetics comply with UK Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) and SCPN requirements.
  • Always read product labels and instructions before use.
  • Orders may be cancelled or refused if pricing or availability errors occur.

Third-Party Products. We retail products from approved external brands. Information and claims for these products are provided by the manufacturer or authorised distributor. While we take reasonable care to verify accuracy, we cannot accept liability for manufacturer information or performance outcomes.

4. Orders & Contracts

  • Your order is an offer to purchase. A binding contract forms when we issue an order-confirmation email.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g., out of stock, suspected fraud), it will be cancelled and refunded.
  • Please review all details before checkout; edits may not be possible once processed.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, or Clearpay.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors prior to order acceptance.

6. Payment Services (Klarna & Clearpay)

We offer flexible payment options through our partners Klarna Bank AB (publ) and Clearpay Finance Ltd. By selecting one of these payment methods at checkout, you agree to the respective provider’s Terms & Conditions.

Klarna

  • Klarna offers “Pay in 3” and “Pay Later” options, provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden.
  • Klarna may perform a soft credit search that does not affect your credit score.
  • Personal data is processed per Klarna’s Privacy Notice.

Clearpay

  • Clearpay allows you to split payments into four interest-free instalments, subject to approval by Clearpay Finance Ltd.
  • You must be 18 or over and a UK resident with a valid UK debit or credit card.
  • Late fees may apply. Late or missed payments can affect your ability to use Clearpay in future.
  • Clearpay lends you a fixed amount of credit to allow you to pay for your purchase over 4 instalments, due every 2 weeks.
  • Clearpay Finance Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 787640).

When selecting Klarna or Clearpay, you enter a direct agreement with the respective provider. Belantti Group Ltd is not a lender and does not determine eligibility or credit limits.

7. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; these are guidelines only.
  • Third-party items may dispatch separately.
  • We are not liable for delays outside our control (postal disruptions, strikes, etc.).
  • Risk passes to you upon delivery; ownership transfers after full payment.

8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • You may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • As a goodwill gesture, we offer an extended 30-Day Returns period for eligible items, matching our website policy.
  • Goods must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Opened or used cosmetics and grooming items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

9. Promotions, Gift Cards & Store Credit

  • Promotional codes are single-use unless stated, non-transferable, and cannot be combined.
  • Gift cards and credits are redeemable only on Belantti Group sites and are not exchangeable for cash (unless required by law).
  • Digital gift cards are delivered by email with unique codes and have no expiry date.
  • Lost or unauthorised gift card use is the buyer’s responsibility after delivery.

10. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or content, you grant Belantti Group Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display such content across our platforms and marketing materials. You warrant that your submissions are accurate and do not infringe third-party rights.

11. Intellectual Property

All text, images, graphics and logos are owned by or licensed to Belantti Group Ltd. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud. To the extent permitted by law, Belantti Group Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our control (e.g. strikes, pandemics, supply-chain disruption). Obligations resume once the event ceases.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England & Wales.
