These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products sold by Belantti Group Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), including products sold under our own brands such as Belantti and SERRATED as well as products supplied by approved third-party brands.


1. Eligibility to Place Orders on Belantti.co.uk

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. Customers aged 13–17 may only use the site with parental or guardian permission.

2. How Online Contracts Are Formed

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send an order confirmation email confirming acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors, availability issues, verification concerns or suspected fraud arise.

3. Product Information and Third-Party Brand Responsibility

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, ingredients and images are accurate. However minor variations may occur due to supplier updates, packaging changes or device display settings.

Products supplied by third-party brands remain the responsibility of their respective manufacturers for product claims, ingredients and safety information. Belantti Group Ltd acts as a retail distributor of these products and does not manufacture them.

Some products may only be available in selected countries or regions. Product availability may vary depending on market, fulfilment route, supplier restrictions, compliance requirements, delivery location or stock status.

4. Safe Use of Beauty, Grooming and Wellness Products

Products sold on our website are intended for cosmetic, grooming or wellness purposes unless otherwise stated.

  • Always read the label and instructions before use.
  • Patch testing is recommended where appropriate.
  • Check ingredient lists if you have allergies.
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent medical conditions unless explicitly stated.

5. Pricing, Payments, Promotions and Checkout Information

Prices may be shown in GBP (£), USD ($) or another supported currency depending on your location, selected market or Shopify checkout settings. Currency conversion may be applied automatically and final prices are confirmed at checkout before payment.

Delivery charges are displayed during checkout. Payments are processed through secure providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay where available.

Promotions, payment options and instalment providers may vary by country and may not be available in every market.

6. UK and International Delivery Information

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you once the goods are delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout. Title to goods passes once payment has been received in full.

Selected Belantti products are available for delivery to the United States. US delivery options, estimated transit times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.

United States orders: Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees. These charges are not included unless shown at checkout and remain the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, courier processing and local delivery conditions.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs checks, incorrect delivery details, courier disruption or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds Policy

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.

Cancellation before dispatch: Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch. If the order has not been shipped a full refund will be issued. If fulfilment has begun or a shipping label has already been purchased, the postage cost may be deducted from the refund.

  • Customers generally have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel an online order.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging unless faulty.
  • Opened cosmetics, supplements, grooming items and sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

United States and international returns: Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom may return eligible items in line with our returns policy. Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless required by law or the order was incorrect, faulty or damaged.

8. Marketplace, Mobile and Third-Party Platform Purchases

These Terms apply whether purchases are made through our website, mobile devices, social commerce platforms or marketplaces such as eBay or TikTok Shop. Additional platform policies may also apply.

9. Promotional Codes, Discounts and Gift Cards

Promotional codes may be time-limited and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Gift cards are redeemable online only.
  • Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen codes.
  • Gift cards may only be redeemed against eligible products available in the customer’s region.

10. Order Verification and Fraud Prevention Checks

We reserve the right to verify orders before dispatch and may cancel orders where fraudulent activity, misuse of promotions, excessive returns or other abusive behaviour is suspected.

11. Customer Reviews, Images and User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, images or other content you grant us permission to use this content for marketing and operational purposes.

12. Belantti Intellectual Property, Branding and Website Content

All content, branding, trademarks and designs on this website remain the property of Belantti Group Ltd or its licensors.

13. Limitation of Liability for Online Orders

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

Our total liability relating to any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) concerned.

14. Delays Outside Our Control and Force Majeure Events

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control including courier disruption, weather, strikes, customs delays or supply chain interruptions.

15. Governing Law for Belantti Online Orders

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

16. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
