PHOFAY Moisturising Eye Cream is a 14ml eye-area cream formulated with niacinamide, ceramide NP, shea butter and selected peptides. It is designed to add hydration and help leave the eye area feeling smooth and conditioned.
How to use: Apply a small amount around the eye area and massage gently until absorbed. Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
The official formula includes niacinamide, Ceramide NP, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7, shea butter and rose flower water alongside moisturising and emollient ingredients.
