PHOFAY Shiny Lip Plumper Gloss is a 7ml high-shine lip gloss designed to add a glossy finish and a fuller-looking effect. The official formula includes emollients, vitamin E and warming/cooling sensory ingredients used in lip-plumping glosses.
How to use: Apply directly to the lips with the applicator and wear alone or over lip colour. A tingling or warming sensation may occur. Discontinue use if irritation develops.
The official ingredient list includes Polyisobutene, Paraffinum Liquidum, Tridecyl Trimellitate, Ethylhexyl Palmitate, Tocopheryl Acetate, Methyl Diisopropyl Propionamide, Vanillyl Butyl Ether and approved colourants.
