Belantti Affiliate Programme – Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how approved Belantti affiliates can earn commission, use approved tracking methods, promote Belantti products responsibly and receive payouts.

1. Programme overview

The Belantti Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to earn commission by referring customers to Belantti products using approved tracking methods, including referral links, QR codes and discount codes.

Participation is subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility and approval

• Programme availability is currently limited to UK-based applicants.
• Applicants must be 18 or over.
• All applications are reviewed manually.
• Belantti may approve, reject, suspend or remove applicants at its discretion.

3. Tracking and attribution

• Sales are tracked through approved referral links, QR codes or discount codes issued through the affiliate platform.
• Commission is earned only on confirmed and completed purchases.
• Cancelled, refunded, returned, chargeback, fraudulent or self-referred orders do not qualify for commission.
• The standard tracking window is 30 days unless stated otherwise in the affiliate dashboard.

4. Commission structure

• The standard commission rate is 20% per qualifying sale unless otherwise shown in the affiliate dashboard.
• Commission rates may vary by product, promotion, campaign or brand partner.
• Belantti may update commission structures, but approved unpaid commission already earned will not be removed unless an order becomes refunded, cancelled, fraudulent or invalid.

5. Payouts

• Payouts are processed weekly, subject to affiliate platform checks, minimum thresholds and valid payment details.
• Payments are made via PayPal or UK bank transfer where available.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details and handling their own tax obligations.

6. Referral rewards for affiliate referrals

Affiliates may recommend others to join the programme. If a referred affiliate generates 10 confirmed sales, the referring affiliate may choose one reward:

• £25 Belantti store credit; or
• a +5% commission uplift on their own sales, applied only where confirmed in writing or shown in the affiliate dashboard.

Referral rewards are one-time per successful referral. Belantti does not operate a multi-tier or ongoing override commission structure.

7. Brand use and promotional rules

• Affiliates may use approved Belantti images, copy, QR codes, links and discount codes.
• Affiliates must not make medical, therapeutic, guaranteed-result or misleading claims.
• Affiliates must not misrepresent prices, offers, delivery times, product availability or product benefits.
• Belantti may request removal of any non-compliant content.

8. Disclosure requirement

Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship in line with UK advertising standards. Disclosure must be clear, visible and placed before or near the affiliate link, QR code or discount code.

9. Prohibited activities

• Spam, misleading promotions or fake urgency.
• Medical, therapeutic or guaranteed outcome claims.
• Bidding on Belantti brand terms in paid advertising without written permission.
• Voucher abuse, cashback abuse, self-referrals or fraudulent orders.
• Operating coupon scraping, rebate or cashback websites without written approval.

10. Termination

• Belantti may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts at any time.
• Belantti may withhold unpaid commission where fraud, abuse or material breach is identified.
• Access may be removed where required to protect Belantti, customers or the affiliate programme.

11. Changes to terms

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Programme means acceptance of the latest version.

12. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
