Belantti Affiliate Programme
Belantti Affiliate Programme – Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 20 August 2026
These terms govern participation in the Belantti Affiliate Programme, including eligibility, tracking, commission, validation, payouts, promotional standards and use of Belantti affiliate materials.
1. Programme overview
The Belantti Affiliate Programme allows approved affiliates to earn commission from eligible customer purchases attributed through approved tracking methods. The programme is performance-based: publishing content, sharing a link or receiving clicks does not by itself create a right to commission.
Participation is subject to these Terms and Conditions, the information shown in the affiliate dashboard and any product- or campaign-specific brief issued by Belantti.
2. Eligibility and approval
- The programme is currently intended for UK-based applicants aged 18 or over.
- Applications are reviewed for audience relevance, content quality, promotional methods, product fit and brand suitability.
- Approval is not automatic. Belantti may approve, reject, suspend or remove an affiliate where reasonably required to protect customers, the programme or the Belantti brand.
- Creators, bloggers, editorial publishers and relevant beauty or grooming professionals may apply. Voucher, cashback, rebate, browser-extension and similar traffic sources require prior written approval.
3. Tracking and attribution
- Approved affiliates may use tracked referral links and any other tracking method specifically issued or approved through Belantti or its affiliate platform.
- The standard tracking window is 30 days unless a different period is clearly stated in the affiliate dashboard or campaign brief.
- Attribution is subject to the tracking and attribution rules applied by the affiliate platform and the eligibility rules in these terms.
- Affiliates must not interfere with attribution, overwrite another affiliate's tracking, force clicks, cookie-stuff or use any method intended to claim commission without genuinely influencing the customer journey.
4. Commission structure
| Tier | Approved eligible referral sales per calendar month | Maximum standard commission |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | £0–£149.99 | 15% |
| Growth | £150–£399.99 | 18% |
| Pro | £400+ | 20% |
| Campaign Boost | Selected products or campaigns only | Up to 25% |
- Tier qualification is reviewed monthly using approved eligible referral revenue, not raw click volume or unapproved orders.
- An affiliate's tier is the maximum standard rate available. A product, collection, promotion or campaign can carry a lower commission rate or no commission where its economics, discounting or campaign terms require this.
- Campaign Boost rates of up to 25% apply only where Belantti specifically identifies the eligible product or campaign. A 25% rate is not available across the full catalogue.
- The product- or campaign-specific rate displayed in the affiliate dashboard or written campaign brief takes precedence where it differs from the affiliate's normal tier.
- Commission is calculated on the eligible referred product value after applicable discounts and adjustments. Shipping, taxes, gift-card value and other non-eligible charges may be excluded where the platform configuration or campaign terms specify this.
5. Eligible and ineligible orders
Commission is payable only on valid, eligible purchases that remain approved after validation. The following do not qualify, or may be reversed if previously pending:
- cancelled, fully refunded or returned orders;
- fraudulent, chargeback or disputed transactions;
- self-referrals or purchases made primarily to generate personal commission;
- orders obtained through prohibited advertising, unauthorised voucher distribution, cookie-stuffing or other attribution abuse;
- products or campaigns expressly excluded from affiliate commission.
For partial refunds or partial returns, commission may be recalculated to reflect the remaining eligible order value.
6. Validation and payouts
- Affiliate commission is normally held in validation for at least 30 days so that cancellations, returns, refunds, chargebacks and other eligibility checks can be taken into account.
- Approved commission is paid on a monthly payout cycle, subject to valid payment details, platform processing and any payout threshold shown in the affiliate dashboard.
- Payment may be made through PayPal or another supported payout method shown by the affiliate platform or agreed by Belantti.
- Affiliates are responsible for keeping payment and contact details accurate and for their own tax, reporting and record-keeping obligations.
7. Affiliate referral rewards
Belantti may occasionally offer a one-off affiliate recruitment reward where an existing affiliate refers another person who is approved and reaches the stated performance requirement. Where the offer is active, Belantti may provide £25 Belantti store credit after the referred affiliate reaches 10 approved qualifying sales.
There is no automatic or permanent percentage-point commission uplift for referring another affiliate, and Belantti does not operate a multi-level or ongoing override commission structure.
8. Discount codes and promotional offers
- Only codes, offers and customer incentives issued or expressly approved by Belantti may be promoted.
- Affiliates must not publish expired, guessed, private, staff-only or unauthorised discount codes.
- Codes must not be uploaded to coupon, cashback or voucher sites without written approval.
- Discounts, Weekend Drop offers and other promotions may have campaign-specific commission rates or exclusions.
9. Brand use, content and claims
- Affiliates may use Belantti assets, product information and campaign materials only for approved promotion of Belantti and must not materially alter them in a misleading way.
- Prices, availability, delivery times and promotional terms must be represented accurately and checked before publication where they may have changed.
- Beauty and grooming content must not make medical, disease-treatment, guaranteed-result or unsupported efficacy claims.
- For food supplements or ingestible products, affiliates must not make medicinal claims or unauthorised health claims and should use Belantti's approved campaign wording where supplied.
- Claims such as “clinically proven”, “dermatologist approved”, vegan, cruelty-free, sustainable or certified must not be used unless Belantti has provided evidence or expressly approved the wording for that product.
- Belantti may require non-compliant, inaccurate, outdated or misleading promotional content to be corrected or removed.
10. UK advertising disclosure
Affiliates must make the commercial nature of affiliate content clear in accordance with applicable UK advertising rules. Where disclosure is required, it should be prominent and understood before or when a person first encounters the advertising content.
Clear example:
“Ad / affiliate link: I may earn commission if you shop through my Belantti link or code, at no extra cost to you.”
Short labels such as “Ad” or “#Ad” should be used where appropriate to the platform and format. A disclosure hidden after “more”, placed only at the bottom of a long caption or relying solely on “Aff” may not be sufficiently clear.
11. Prohibited activities
- Spam, deceptive promotion, fake urgency, fake reviews or misleading before-and-after content.
- Self-referrals, fabricated orders, rebate abuse, forced clicks, cookie-stuffing or other tracking manipulation.
- Bidding on Belantti, Belantti misspellings or other Belantti brand terms in paid search without prior written permission.
- Impersonating Belantti or presenting an affiliate page, social account or domain as an official Belantti-owned property.
- Operating coupon scraping, cashback, browser-extension, adware, toolbar or similar interception methods without specific written approval.
- Using unlawful, discriminatory, abusive, infringing or otherwise harmful content in connection with Belantti promotion.
12. Creator opportunities
Affiliate status and creator/UGC status are separate. Gifted products, paid UGC, photography, early access or partner-brand opportunities are not guaranteed by joining the Affiliate Programme and do not automatically increase an affiliate's commission tier.
13. Suspension and termination
Belantti may suspend tracking, withhold pending commission while an issue is investigated, or terminate an affiliate account where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, material breach, repeated non-compliance or activity that creates material customer, legal or brand risk. Valid commission already approved remains subject to the normal payout process unless the underlying order becomes ineligible.
14. Changes to rates and terms
Belantti may update prospective commission rates, campaign eligibility, programme features or these terms as the programme develops. Material changes will apply prospectively from the stated effective date. The rate shown for an eligible product or campaign at the relevant time, subject to validation and these terms, will be used to determine commission.
15. Liability and availability
Belantti does not guarantee affiliate acceptance, traffic, sales, earnings, campaign availability, product stock or a particular level of commission. Affiliate earnings depend on valid customer purchases and the programme rules in force at the relevant time. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any mandatory legal rights that apply to an affiliate are not affected.
