Statutory rights apply. Online orders are covered by the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Initiate your return via your customer account at https://account.belantti.co.uk.
- Return eligible items unused and in original packaging within the return window.
- Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
1. Your right to cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
UK consumers have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days starting the day after the order is delivered.
To exercise this right you must notify us within the cancellation period and return the goods in accordance with this policy.
2. Return eligibility
- Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be sent back promptly after the return request.
3. Hygiene & safety exclusions
For hygiene, safety and product integrity reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened.
- Opened or unsealed cosmetics or skincare products.
- Used grooming tools or personal care accessories.
- Supplements, ingestible products, collagen drinks or consumable wellness products.
- Sealed items that have been opened after delivery.
These restrictions apply unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
4. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please initiate a return via your customer account and include your order number and photographs where possible.
We will resolve the issue in line with your statutory rights which may include replacement, repair or refund.
5. Return postage costs
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, incorrect or not as described.
Where a return label is provided by Belantti or a partner courier, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund where permitted.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed once returned goods are received and inspected.
- Where cancellation rights apply, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
- Standard delivery charges will be refunded where legally required.
7. Third-party brands and partner orders
Some products sold on our store are supplied by third-party brands or partner suppliers (for example through Shopify Collective).
Returns for these products must still be initiated through your Belantti customer account but may be processed by the partner brand or supplier. Refunds will be issued once the partner confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
