Belantti Gift Cards FAQ

Belantti gift cards are digital codes that can be applied at checkout to pay towards eligible products on our website.

After purchase, the gift card is delivered by email with a unique code and redemption instructions.

Belantti gift cards are available in selected denominations shown on the gift card product page. Current values may include £10, £25, £50 and £100.

Depending on the checkout options available, you may be able to send the gift card directly to the recipient or send it to your own email address and forward it personally.

Gift cards are delivered digitally by email. Delivery is usually fast, but email delivery can occasionally be delayed by payment checks, inbox filtering or email provider issues.

Check your junk or spam folder if the email does not arrive shortly after purchase.

No. Belantti gift cards are digital products and do not require physical shipping.

If you buy a gift card only, no physical delivery fee should be charged. If you buy a gift card with physical products, shipping may apply to the physical items.

Enter your gift card code at checkout in the discount code or gift card field. The available balance will be applied to eligible items in your order.

Yes. If the full balance is not used in one order, the remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used on future eligible purchases.

You can check the available balance by entering the gift card code at checkout. If a dedicated gift card balance page is available, you can also use that page to check your remaining balance.

In most cases, gift cards can be used alongside eligible discount codes. Apply the discount code first, then use your gift card balance to pay towards the remaining amount.

Some promotions may have restrictions and cannot always be combined.

This depends on the checkout options available at the time of purchase. If Shopify checkout allows multiple gift card codes, you may be able to apply more than one gift card to the same order.

Yes. US customers can use Belantti gift cards on eligible products available in the United States market.

Only selected Belantti products are currently available for US delivery. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase products that are not available in the customer’s region.

Belantti gift card values may be issued in store currency GBP (£). Customers shopping in another supported currency, such as USD, may see currency conversion applied at checkout.

The final amount applied is confirmed during checkout before payment.

A gift card may be used towards the order total where checkout allows it, including eligible products and applicable shipping charges.

Shipping costs for physical products are shown at checkout before payment.

A digital gift card itself does not require physical shipping. However, if the gift card is later redeemed against physical products shipped to the United States, the order may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier handling fees.

These charges are not included unless shown at checkout and remain the customer’s responsibility.

No. Belantti gift cards do not expire unless stated otherwise on the product page or required by applicable law.

Gift card purchases are generally final and cannot be refunded, cancelled or exchanged for cash unless required by law.

No. Belantti gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

Gift cards are intended for personal online use only. They cannot be exchanged for cash, used for wholesale or bulk orders, resold without permission, or used in a way that suggests fraud, abuse or misuse.

Belantti may cancel or refuse gift card use where fraud, unauthorised resale, suspicious activity or misuse is suspected.

If you lose your gift card email, contact support@belantti.co.uk. We may be able to resend the digital gift card once the original order has been verified.

For security, we may ask for the order number, purchaser email address or other verification details.
